Can any one tell me how to get there by public bus? Or a nice hike from Torla.

To Bujaruelo there is no bus to Ordesa if . From Torla .

I don't know as to arrive at Torla in bus. But when you arrive Torla, you can take a bus that will carry you at National Park in 20 minutes. You only can go to Park in bus or walking for two hours.
When you get down bus, you have a lot of routes. I recommend you the route from "parking of bus" to "Cola de Caballo waterfall". You will need 5 hours for this route more free time to lunch something.
